About the Owner

At the heart of KASPRE Consulting is a deep commitment to creating value, fostering collaboration, and driving meaningful change. Our founder, Lindsay Freistadt, brings nearly two decades of high-level government leadership experience and a proven ability to navigate complex regulatory, policy, and strategic landscapes.

Lindsay is a proud citizen of the Metis Nation of Saskatchewan and believes that creating strong organizations requires diversity of perspectives including uniquely Indigenous perspectives.

Lindsay has over 20 years experience including roles such as Assistant Deputy Minister, and executive leadership in regulatory, compliance, program design, and strategic policy. Lindsay has led large-scale regulatory reforms, risk management initiatives, and multi-million-dollar strategic projects that have shaped government operations. Her expertise in policy development, program design, strategic planning, facilitation, regulation and compliance, stakeholder engagement, and data-driven decision-making has made a lasting impact across various sectors

Lindsay holds a Master of Public Administration, several Executive Leadership Certificates, and multiple high-level professional credentials. Relevant, hands-on experience complements her strong academic foundation. She has also served as a university lecturer and has taught courses on ethical leadership, policy, and governance. Her teaching experience reinforces her deep understanding of public administration, curriculum design, effective facilitation, and professional development delivery.
