Michele Wyatt brings experience in business analysis, strategic IT planning, relationship management, and project delivery across public and private sector environments. She has worked at the intersection of people, processes, and technology, helping organizations understand operational needs, evaluate solutions, and translate complex requirements into practical improvements.
Michele’s public sector experience includes business relationship management, IT governance, strategic planning, procurement, contract management, and the implementation of technology and business initiatives. She has supported projects throughout their lifecycle, from requirements gathering and business process documentation through procurement, implementation, change management, and ongoing operational support. Her approach combines strong organization and attention to detail with an ability to understand the broader business context behind a project.
Prior to her work in government, Michele spent more than seven years with iQmetrix, where she developed extensive experience in retail technology, client experience, and relationship management. Across her career, she has worked closely with stakeholders to identify needs, improve processes, strengthen working relationships, and support the effective delivery of projects and services.
Michele also brings facilitation and presentation experience, including leading requirements-gathering sessions with diverse stakeholder groups and presenting on topics including Lean management, Six Sigma, inventory practices, and retail industry standards. This combination of analytical, relationship, and facilitation skills supports KASPRE’s work in research, process improvement, stakeholder engagement, project delivery, and organizational improvement. Michele holds a Business Relationship Management Professional (BRMP) certification.
